What is Bosla?
Bosla is a transport management system (TMS) built in Saudi Arabia for fleet operators, carriers and shippers. It replaces spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and phone calls with one platform — real-time GPS tracking, intelligent dispatching, documentation and ZATCA-compliant invoicing across owned fleets and third-party carriers.
Which countries does Bosla operate in?
Bosla operates across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt, and is designed for logistics operations throughout the GCC. The platform and support are fully available in Arabic and English.
Can Bosla track outsourced (third-party) trucks?
Yes. Alongside your owned fleet, Bosla tracks outsourced trucks live through the Daleel service whenever the load carries a Bayan document — so you see every shipment on one map, owned and rented.
What is a Bayan waybill, and can Bosla generate it?
Bayan is the official Saudi consignment (waybill) document for road freight. Bosla generates official Bayan waybills in one click, straight from the load — no extra data entry and no re-keying of driver, vehicle or shipment details.
Is Bosla's invoicing ZATCA-compliant?
Yes. Bosla generates ZATCA-compliant e-invoices with embedded QR codes automatically from shipment and pricing data, applying VAT correctly — with no spreadsheets or manual reconciliation.
Does Bosla support Arabic?
Yes. Bosla is fully bilingual with right-to-left (RTL) Arabic support across the entire platform, and operations support is available in Arabic. Operational numbers stay in Western digits for compatibility with logistics data.
Is there a mobile app for drivers?
Yes. Drivers use the Bosla mobile app for trip navigation, automatic status updates at geofences, and electronic proof of delivery (ePOD). Location and trip data sync to the control tower in real time.
What types of trips can Bosla handle?
From simple pickup-to-delivery to multi-leg import and export trips with empty-container repositioning. Each leg is tracked independently with its own geofences and ETAs, and pricing applies the right rate automatically.
How is my data protected?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access control, continuous monitoring and strict separation between customers' data so visibility never crosses tenants. See our platform's security section for more detail.

ما هي بوصلة؟
بوصلة نظام لإدارة النقل (TMS) مبني في المملكة العربية السعودية لمشغّلي الأساطيل والناقلين والشاحنين. يستبدل جداول الإكسل ورسائل واتساب والمكالمات بمنصة واحدة — تتبّع GPS لحظي، وإسناد ذكي للحمولات، وإدارة المستندات، وفوترة متوافقة مع هيئة الزكاة، عبر الأساطيل المملوكة والناقلين الخارجيين.
في أي دول تعمل بوصلة؟
تعمل بوصلة في المملكة العربية السعودية ومصر، وهي مصمّمة لعمليات اللوجستيات في جميع أنحاء الخليج. المنصة والدعم متاحان بالكامل بالعربية والإنجليزية.
هل تتتبّع بوصلة الشاحنات الخارجية (الطرف الثالث)؟
نعم. إلى جانب أسطولك المملوك، تتتبّع بوصلة الشاحنات الخارجية مباشرةً عبر خدمة دليل عند وجود وثيقة بيان للحمولة — فترى كل شحنة على خريطة واحدة، المملوكة والمستأجرة.
ما هي وثيقة بيان حمولة، وهل تُصدرها بوصلة؟
البيان هو وثيقة نقل البضائع الرسمية على الطرق في السعودية. تُصدر بوصلة وثائق بيان رسمية بنقرة واحدة مباشرةً من الحمولة — دون أي إدخال إضافي للبيانات أو إعادة كتابة بيانات السائق أو المركبة أو الشحنة.
هل فوترة بوصلة متوافقة مع هيئة الزكاة؟
نعم. تُنشئ بوصلة فواتير إلكترونية متوافقة مع هيئة الزكاة مع رمز QR تلقائياً من بيانات الشحنة والتسعير، وتطبّق ضريبة القيمة المضافة بدقة — دون جداول إكسل أو تسويات يدوية.
هل تدعم بوصلة اللغة العربية؟
نعم. بوصلة ثنائية اللغة بالكامل مع دعم الكتابة من اليمين إلى اليسار (RTL) عبر المنصة بأكملها، والدعم التشغيلي متاح بالعربية. تبقى الأرقام التشغيلية بالأرقام الغربية لضمان التوافق مع بيانات اللوجستيات.
هل يوجد تطبيق جوال للسائقين؟
نعم. يستخدم السائقون تطبيق بوصلة للجوال للملاحة وتحديثات الحالة التلقائية عند المناطق الجغرافية وإثبات التسليم الإلكتروني (ePOD). تتزامن بيانات الموقع والرحلة مع برج المراقبة في الوقت الحقيقي.
ما أنواع الرحلات التي تدعمها بوصلة؟
من الاستلام والتسليم البسيط إلى رحلات الاستيراد والتصدير متعددة المراحل مع إعادة تموضع الحاويات الفارغة. تُتبّع كل مرحلة باستقلالية بمناطقها الجغرافية وأوقات وصولها، ويطبّق التسعير السعر الصحيح تلقائياً.
كيف تُحمى بياناتي؟
تُشفَّر البيانات أثناء النقل والتخزين، مع تحكّم في الوصول قائم على الأدوار، ومراقبة مستمرة، وفصل صارم بين بيانات العملاء بحيث لا تتقاطع الرؤية بين الجهات. راجع قسم الأمان في المنصة لمزيد من التفاصيل.
